  • You can either book online for Ice Skating, Santa’s Grotto and Unlimited Ride Wristbands or pay on the day and also purchase ride Tokens.

    It is advisable to book online to avoid disappointment for Santa’s Grotto and The Ice Skating as these often sell out?

  • This is a free to enter event so No charge.

  • We have Seal and Penguin skate aids to hire at £5 each per session.

  • Rides range from £2 - £5

  • Yes we do, these are £20 or £25 to include an Ice Skating Session.

  • Yes, but only small dogs and must be on a lead as larger dogs can upset smaller children.

  • Yes we have a qualified team.

  • The event is a winter event so dress accordingly; the Ice Rink is completely covered so what ever the weather the rink will be perfect.

  • Yes there is always qualified first aid on site.

  • Carers ride free if accompanying the person they are caring for also with relavent ID/Paperwork.

  • Yes they can but due to health and safety we advice coming at quieter times.

  • The games stalls are not on the wristband and one or two rides these are explained on the booking site and the onsite box office.

  • Please contact for group discounts and bookings of 20 and above. We can also do drink and food packages for large groups.

  • All tickets, unlimited ride wristband, ride tokens, Santa’s Grotto are available at the onsite box office subject to availability.

  • We do not refund tickets but can change dates subject to availability.

  • Yes with valid ID

  • Yes there is a pay and display on site.
